Users can ask the Gmail chatbot questions about the contents of their inbox or connected Google Drive, such as finding lost contact information or company data. Gmail's Q&A feature can group emails around a specific topic, view unread messages or emails from a specific sender, and answer common questions from Google searches right in your inbox.
Like the web and Android versions, the Gmail Q&A feature on iOS is only available to Google One AI Premium subscribers or Google Workspace accounts with the Gemini Business, Enterprise, Education, or Education Premium add-ons. Google says it's rolling out to these groups now, but it may take a few weeks to appear.
