The iPhone 16 is just around the corner as Apple prepares to unveil its next lineup of smartphones on Monday, September 9 at 1 p.m. ET / 10 a.m. PT. The company is expected to officially announce four phones as usual, including two standard iPhone 16 and two iPhone 16 Pro models, all of which are likely to come with AI features from Apple Intelligence.
You can watch the live stream on Apple's own website, on its YouTube channel, and even on an Apple TV. (Apple usually makes sure you see this when you scroll down from the home screen of the Apple TV app, but you can also search for “Apple Event” to find it.)
In addition to new iPhones, Apple will also likely announce release dates for its next major software updates, including iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS 15 Sequoia, WatchOS 11, and visionOS 2. The first three of these operating systems will include Apple Intelligence when they debut, but you'll need at least an iPad or Mac with an M1 chip, or an iPhone 15 Pro, to benefit from it.
