Some Tesla Cybertruck owners are now receiving FSD (Full Self-Driving) access for their vehicles. The company's polarizing electric pickup has been missing driver assistance software functionality since its launch in November 2023. Now members of the Cybertruck Owners Club (as reported by Electrics) report that the update has been installed on their vehicles.
Tesla had promised that FSD would come to the Cybertruck in September after the launch of the Autopark feature – and given today's news, it seems like that deadline has just been met. It is the latest version of FSD (12.5.5) and comes initially to Cybertrucks, which is set up for the Early Access program. The update includes a promised vision-based attention monitoring system for drivers wearing sunglasses.

FSD v12 is said to feature “end-to-end neural networks” that only use AI and cameras without relying on additional sensors. A more robust v13 FSD version for Tesla vehicles is planned for October.
