We've now had our own sneak peek at the $700 PS5 Pro, launching in November. A word of warning: it's a very limited glimpse indeed. Photos only, no hands-on yet!
Given how little Sony has revealed so far about the big and expensive relaunch of its console, and the excitement surrounding the company's just-announced limited-edition PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection, I guess you might want to take a look anyway.
I can also now confirm the layout of the USB ports: contrary to what we had previously heard, the console has both USB-C ports on the front and two USB-A ports on the back.
So here are some photos. First, the PS5 Pro. Then, the PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection, including grey retro versions of the PS5 Pro, PS5, DualSense, DualSense Edge, and PlayStation Portal – all of which feature a new version of Sony's Easter Egg microtexture that features a “30” alongside the other PlayStation symbols.
